MALIKNODE DNS utilizes a dynamic failover mesh topology. Our central monitoring daemon continuously audits all edge nodes (Phoenix Gateway, AWS Virginia Node, Oracle Fallback Controller) every 30 seconds.
If the primary gateway loses connectivity, DNS queries are redirected dynamically at the resolver level to active backup servers. Since your secure DNS configurations (DoH/DoT) utilize a 1-second TTL, your devices recover Internet connectivity instantly without requiring any manual reconfiguration.
